Hi, I’m Michal.
I’m a former nurse turned intuitive eating coach.
My career began at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I learned firsthand the importance of compassionate, whole-person care. Later, in home healthcare, I saw how deeply our daily habits and emotional well-being influence our health. Yet even with all my medical experience, I struggled with my own relationship with food and my body — always chasing “healthy” but never feeling at peace.
That personal struggle led me to train with The Nurse Coach Collective and discover intuitive eating, a philosophy that completely transformed my life. I learned to trust my body, let go of diet rules, and find genuine freedom around food — and now I help others do the same.
If you’re ready to stop dieting and start listening to your body, I’d love to support you on that journey.
My Approach
As a coach — and as a registered nurse — my mission is to help you rebuild trust with your body and reconnect with your inner wisdom around food and self-care. So many of us have been taught to ignore our body’s cues in pursuit of control, perfection, or quick results. My approach is about coming home to yourself — learning to listen, respond, and care for your body in a way that feels both nourishing and sustainable.
It’s about balance
Rather than focusing on restriction or rigid plans, I guide you toward balance — where food, movement, rest, and mindset all work together to support your overall wellbeing. Through compassionate coaching, evidence-based guidance, and practical tools, I help you identify what truly supports you so you can build habits that last, not ones that drain your energy or joy.
Build Confidence
This is not about chasing an ideal; it’s about cultivating awareness, confidence, and peace with your body. Together, we’ll create a personalized path that honors your season of life, your values, and your goals — helping you feel more grounded, energized, and at ease in your own skin.
